About Savannah Erasmus
Savannah Erasmus (she/her/hers) is Cree and Metis from Kikino Metis Settlement and Cold Lake First Nation in Treaty 6 Territory. She currently resides in Vancouver, where she is building her career as a stand up comedian, host, producer and writer.
You have seen her on stages across the country, and notably at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, Just For Laughs Toronto, and Just For Laughs Vancouver and recently the national Joke Signals comedy tour. She has opened for Catherine Cohen, Sam Jay and Julie Kim and is featured on the 2023 JFL Originals comedy compilation album with her tracks “Generalized Anxiety Disorder”, “Conflict Avoidant Relationship” and “Sex Negativity". She will be featured on the upcoming season of New Wave of Stand Up on CBC and CBC Gem in Fall 2026!
Her Indigenous perspective, awkward confidence, adept joke writing and storytelling has contributed to her rise in the Canadian comedy scene. Audiences adore her unique voice and incredible fashion sense on stage.
